Unapologetic parents can't stop, won't stop having babies

They have (many) hands in the air like they don't care.


Parents Chad and Andrea Chapman are expecting baby No. 4, so they decided to tell the world with a musical parody of Miley Cyrus' "We Can't Stop."


Congrats to the Chapmans on their new addition. Perhaps they should consider taking this show on the road.
