'Rainworks' project makes art out of Seattle's constant rain

Seattle-based artist Peregrine Church is transforming his city's rainy reputation into its strongest attraction


In his project, appropriately titled "Rainworks," Church uses a non-toxic, biodegradable, super hydrophobic coating to stencil messages and artwork on the concrete sidewalks of the city
