Australia's former leader gives TED talk on China, includes dad jokes

"He's back" is a term synonymous with Australia's former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd.

Rudd got ousted by his female colleague, Julia Gillard, before regaining power after two attempts and going on to be defeated in the election by the opposing party. But the comeback king is back again. This time he has reappeared talking China and U.S. relations at the TED Truth and Dare conference in Vancouver, Canada
