ISIS on Sunday released a propaganda video claiming to feature men involved in November's Paris attacks shooting and beheading unnamed prisoners.

The video included messages from several of the men in French to other Muslims in Europe and the United States, as well as threats to nations carrying out the coalition airstrikes in Iraq and Syria.

"By Allah, we will make you taste terror, and you will taste it in your very stronghold," said Abdelhamid Abaaoud, the Belgian man described as the attackers' leader. He died during a police raid of Saint-Denis, a Paris suburb.

Abaaod, identified by his alias Abu 'Umar al-Baljiki, spoke from an unnamed location. Interviews with other men took place amid desert landscapes; several of the attackers had traveled to Syria before returning to Paris.

The 17-minute video edits together news and amateur video from the aftermath of the shooting and bombing in Paris. Stylized red targets are shown on police, paramedics, and political leaders, including French President François Hollande and UK Prime Minister David Cameron. One man is shown in shooting practice at a makeshift firing range.

Like previous ISIS propaganda videos, the men call to other Muslims to join their cause while holding weapons over kneeling prisoners. The prisoners are violently executed as the men smile, and edited graphics and music are overlaid on the footage.
