A grand jury on Tuesday indicted 106 bikers on organized crime charges, including assault and murder, in connection with a deadly shootout earlier this year at a Waco, Texas, restaurant.
McLennan County District Attorney Abel Reyna announced the indictments, which included all 106 cases the grand jury has so far reviewed. At the time of the shootout at the Twin Peaks restaurant, 177 bikers were arrested.
"The other cases were not presented at this time," Reyna said. "They will be presented at a later date."
The grand jury is next scheduled to meet on Nov. 18.

Nine people were killed after a fight broke out between rival gangs, and police descended on the shopping complex. Around 100 weapons were seized, some of them stashed in the restaurant bathrooms or dropped in the chaos.
Reyna would not comment on the evidence the grand jury reviewed. Last month, CNN published surveillance video from the restaurant that showed men running, crawling, and firing guns.
The Waco Police Department said it did not release the video, and authorities remain under a gag order that prevents them from discussing the case with the media.
The men who have been indicted will now be scheduled for arraignment. Reyna said his team will continue to put in long hours to see justice served.
"We're not done," he said. "We still have a lot of work to do."
