The two suspects are aged 16 and 18 years old, Fox 23 reported.
Police responded to a hang-up call from the address near 131st and Elm in the Tulsa suburb at around 11:30 p.m. CT.
Officers found the five family members stabbed to death, along with two minors — an unharmed 2-year-old, who is now in protective custody, and a 13-year-old girl in a critical condition, who was transported to hospital, police said. Her condition was later upgraded to serious, but stable, the Tulsa World reported.
The two suspects were arrested nearby a short while later, according to Fox 23. They had fled out of the back door when they heard officers arrive on the scene, but were traced to a wooded area near the home by a police canine unit, NBC News said.
Police are treating the case as a homicide investigation, the AP reported.
"I've been here 19 years and I don't know if we've had more than three homicides in a year," Broken Arrow Police Cpl. Leon Calhoun, the department spokesman, told the AP. "This is the worst single criminal event in Broken Arrow history."
