In a glorious celebration of patriotic freedom (as well as a super serious effort to warn people of firework dangers) the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has marked Independence Day by blowing up a bunch of mannequins.

The officials want you to remember that it's very important to be safe around fireworks so that you don't end up with a bottle rocket in the eye like this bro.
